Cancellations / Modifications
Due to the limited and custom nature of our products, pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Fees may apply.
We can accommodate to modifying existing pre-orders as long as the pre-order window persists. Modifications or changes post pre-order window can limited so it is advised to contact us ASAP.
Returns / Refunds
Returns and refunds are strictly screened to ensure fairness for both us and the buyer. Refunds are granted on a case by basis, and are thoroughly reviewed before issuing to the buyer.
Refund requests made with fraudulent intent will be actively disputed through the payment provider.
We generally do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or does not meet our QC standards.
Import and Duty Fees
Spectre Five operates within the United States. We transfers all responsibility of custom, import, and duty fees to the customer for international orders.
For customers within the European Union, import duties will be collected directly by the courier upon delivery. Please note that couriers may also apply additional fees, such as fuel surcharges, warehouse handling charges, or customs processing fees.
Import regulations vary by country, and it is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with their local import laws. Spectre Five is not liable for any import duties or fees.
Buyer Protection
We are committed to delivering our products within the promised timeframe. However, due to the nature of pre-orders, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occasionally occur.
To maintain transparency and customer confidence, we offer buyer protection to ensure your trust in our process. If an order has not shipped within 60 days after the fulfillment date you may request a full refund.
